Simply return unwanted item(s) to us within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. To take advantage of the 14 day money back guarantee, simply return the item to us in its original, unused and undamaged condition with its original packaging and documentation within 14 days.

For your own protection, please ensure that items being returned are properly packaged, addressed and insured for an appropriate value. Within the UK we recommend Royal Mail special delivery. We cannot offer refund for any shipping costs incurred.

Certificate of posting cannot be accepted as proof of receipt.

All items carry a 12 month guarantee against inferior manufacture or component failure. Within this period we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by accident or neglect, although repairs can usually be carried out at our own premises at economic rates. There is a charge for the service.
